Privacy Policy
Version 2026-06-27 · Effective June 27, 2026
This policy explains how Kintah LLC ("Platform") handles personal information when people visit public performer pages, create accounts, manage bookings, upload files, sell or register tickets, communicate with fans and clients, or use the PerformerOS service.
1. Our roles
Each registered performer business or agency controls the performer, client, booking, event, ticketing, CRM, fan, communication, and business records placed in its tenant workspace. Kintah LLC operates the platform and processes tenant information on the customer’s instructions while controlling platform account, subscription, billing, security, and service-operation data.
2. Information collected
Depending on your relationship with a performer or agency, information may include names, contact details, company records, performer profiles, riders, booking inquiries, contracts, invoices, event schedules, ticket registrations, attendance and check-in records, fan list imports, newsletter preferences, communications, uploaded files, payment metadata, account credentials, device and security logs, and content you submit.
3. Payments, ticketing, and subscriptions
Stripe processes card and banking information for platform subscriptions, deposits, invoices, ticket sales, and other payments. The application stores transaction identifiers, status, amount, payer contact details, ticket or booking references, and receipt information, but is not intended to store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe’s own privacy terms apply to its processing.
4. How information is used
Information is used to operate performer businesses; publish public performer pages; manage bookings, quotes, contracts, riders, events, tickets, CRM, fan communications, newsletters, payments, reports, and administrative seats; provide tenant administration and support; protect accounts; improve reliability; comply with law; and generate permission-filtered analytics.
5. Artificial intelligence
Authorized users may ask an AI assistant to evaluate tenant data. The application builds a role-filtered context based on user permissions. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must not replace professional judgment, legal advice, accounting advice, safety decisions, or contract review.
6. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by hosting, database, storage, email, payment, security, analytics, AI, and communication providers only as needed to provide the service. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect people or systems, investigate abuse, complete a business transaction, or with the individual’s direction. The Platform does not sell performer, client, ticket attendee, or fan data.
7. Fan lists and communications
Customers are responsible for importing fan contacts lawfully, honoring consent and opt-out requirements, and sending newsletters or performance alerts only to appropriate recipients. The Platform stores consent indicators and audience preferences to help customers manage communications.
8. Cookies and logs
The service uses essential session, security, CSRF-protection, and preference technologies. Server logs may record IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. Additional analytics or advertising technologies should not be enabled without updating this policy and implementing any consent required by law.
9. Retention and security
Records are retained for business, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, legal, customer-support, and operational needs according to customer and platform retention practices. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
10. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information where applicable. Contact the performer business first for tenant-controlled records. Contact the Platform at support@kintah.com for platform account, subscription, or security data. Some records may be retained when required for tax, legal, fraud-prevention, security, or legitimate business purposes.
11. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as services or legal obligations change. Material updates will be posted or otherwise communicated where appropriate. Platform inquiries may be sent to support@kintah.com.
